What you'll do

  • Prep and build salads, appetizers, and cold items to spec
  • Keep your station clean, stocked, and up to food-safety standards
  • Hit ticket times during rushes
  • Work as a team with the rest of the kitchen

What we're looking for

  • Kitchen experience preferred — we'll train hard workers
  • Reliable and able to keep pace on busy nights
  • Available nights and weekends
