What you'll do
- Prep and build salads, appetizers, and cold items to spec
- Keep your station clean, stocked, and up to food-safety standards
- Hit ticket times during rushes
- Work as a team with the rest of the kitchen
What we're looking for
- Kitchen experience preferred — we'll train hard workers
- Reliable and able to keep pace on busy nights
- Available nights and weekends
