Nutrition & Allergens
Eating with a food allergy or dietary need? Here’s how we’ll take care of you.
Last updated: June 2026
At Art & Jake's Sports Bar & Grill nearly everything is made fresh, in-house, and cooked to order — which is great for flavor, and also means the best, most current allergen information always comes from the team in your local kitchen. If you have a food allergy or dietary need, please tell your server or a manager before ordering and we’ll walk you through your options.
Allergens in our kitchens
Our kitchens handle the common major allergens, including:
- Milk and dairy
- Eggs
- Wheat and gluten
- Soy
- Peanuts and tree nuts
- Fish and shellfish
- Sesame
Because these ingredients are present and shared equipment and fryers are used, we cannot guarantee any item is completely free of a given allergen, and cross-contact can occur. Guests with severe allergies should always speak with a manager.
Gluten-sensitive options
We offer a gluten-sensitive menu with dishes prepared with gluten-conscious ingredients. These items are not prepared in a dedicated gluten-free environment, so please let us know about a celiac or serious gluten allergy and we’ll do our best to accommodate you safely.
Made-to-order modifications
Many dishes can be modified — ask about leaving an ingredient out or swapping a side. Our managers are happy to help you find something that works for you.
Calorie & nutrition details
As a scratch kitchen with recipes and portions that vary, we don’t publish full calorie counts for every item. For specific nutrition questions, talk to a manager at your location — we’ll share what we can about how a dish is made.
