What is the AJ's Fan Club program?
The AJ's Fan Club program is our way of rewarding our loyal guests. Earn points and enjoy rewards based on how often you eat with us.
How do I earn rewards?
Just give your Fan Club phone number to your Server, Bartender, or Cashier in-store every time you make a purchase. You'll also earn points on online orders placed through artjakes.com and the AJ's Mobile App. For every 250 points earned you'll automatically receive a $10 Off Reward — and registering your account unlocks personalized offers plus 25 bonus points. Only purchases made after joining qualify.
Do I need a plastic rewards card to participate?
No — there are no plastic loyalty cards. Just give the cashier your phone number at checkout in-store to earn points and redeem rewards.
Where are my previous loyalty points?
Your points from our previous system have been migrated to the new platform. Just register for a new account using the same phone number you used before — once you register you'll be able to access your previous points and redeem them for new rewards, plus get 25 points just for registering.
Do I have to register an account to earn points?
No — you can start earning points automatically on eligible purchases even before registering. But you'll need to register to redeem your points for rewards. Only purchases made after your registration date appear in your history and qualify. As a thank-you, you'll receive 25 bonus points when registration is complete.
How do I register my account?
Fill out the short form at my.spendgo.com/ArtJakes: enter your phone number, then validate it with the one-time 6-digit passcode within 5 minutes. Enter your profile details and you're done — including 25 points just for registering.
How do I redeem a reward or offer?
In-store, give your phone number to the cashier while making your purchase. If you have enough points, the cashier will prompt you to redeem a free item or dollars-off, and the discount is applied automatically with points removed from your account. For online orders, log into your Fan Club account, add items to your cart, and points will be available to redeem at checkout.
Can I use multiple rewards at the same time?
No — only one reward or discount can be used per order, per visit. You can accumulate multiple rewards for later use.
Do my points or offers expire?
Points are subject to expiration after account inactivity (12 months since your last activity). The Birthday Offer expires after 30 days; other rewards' expiration rules may vary. Sign in to your Fan Club account for full details.
Can I earn points on all my purchases at Art & Jake's?
In-store and online purchases of regular-priced food items qualify. Gift card purchases/reloads, sales tax, tips, discounts, beverages, and promotional items (Happy Hour specials, daily Super Specials) are excluded. Receipts dated before you joined can't be added — only purchases after joining are eligible.
How do I check my points or log in?
Log into your Fan Club account online with your phone number and the one-time 6-digit passcode (valid 5 minutes). Only registered members can log in to view their points balance and available rewards.
How are points calculated?
You earn 1 point for every $1 spent on regular-priced food items, less taxes, tips, discounts and other fees. You can't earn points on any rewards or offers used on an order.
I've been earning points, but I can't redeem offers — why?
You need to register your account at my.spendgo.com/ArtJakes. You can earn points with just your phone number, but you must register that number to redeem rewards.
I'm not getting my points. What do I do?
Submit a ticket through our Contact page and select “Fan Club / Rewards” as the subject. Have your receipt info ready (receipt location, date & check #) and your rewards phone number, and our support team will help. Please review the Rules & Regulations first to confirm your items are eligible.
Which Art & Jake's locations can I earn points and redeem rewards at?
All of them — the Fan Club program is available at every Art & Jake's location.
I ordered in-store but forgot to give my phone number — how do I earn points?
Visit our Contact page and select “Fan Club / Rewards” as the subject. Provide your receipt info (location, date & check #) and your rewards phone number, and we'll add the points to your account.
I ordered online but forgot to log into my account — how do I earn points?
Same fix: head to our Contact page, select “Fan Club / Rewards,” and provide your receipt info (location, date & check #) plus your rewards phone number. We'll take care of adding the points.
Will you call or text me after I enter my phone number?
No — your phone number is only used to track your reward points. We'll never contact you without your permission.
Who do I contact if I need help with my Fan Club account?

Membership
- Membership is free and easy — register at my.spendgo.com/ArtJakes or order online using your phone number and email.
- Complete registration by entering the one-time 6-digit passcode within 5 minutes of receiving it.
- Upon successful registration, receive a 25-point bonus, valid for 30 days after it is earned.
Earning Points
- Earn 1 point for every $1 spent on regular-priced food items, excluding (but not limited to): taxes, tips, service fees, gift card purchases or reloads, the value of discounts, discounted or promotional items (Happy Hour specials, daily specials, super specials, etc.), and beverages (alcoholic/non-alcoholic).
- Points are rounded down to the nearest dollar spent.
- Points are earned on qualifying in-store purchases (by providing your phone number to the cashier) and online orders (by signing into your account when ordering).
- Orders through third-party delivery services (DoorDash, UberEats, GrubHub, etc.) do not earn points.
- Points have no cash value and are non-transferable between accounts.
- Receipts or checks dated prior to your Fan Club registration cannot be added for points — only purchases made after joining the program are eligible.
- Points expire if not redeemed within 12 months of your last loyalty account activity.
- Only one loyalty account may be used per transaction. Splitting checks to accumulate additional points is prohibited.
Redeeming Rewards
- For every 250 points earned, you'll receive a $10 reward voucher automatically loaded to your account.
- All members can earn points and rewards, but only registered members are eligible to redeem rewards.
- Rewards expire 180 days after issuance.
- Rewards are redeemable in-store, online, or through the AJ's Mobile App.
- A maximum of $10 in rewards may be redeemed per visit.
- Rewards cannot be combined with any other offers, discounts, or promotions, including but not limited to: Happy Hour items, daily specials, Michigan Lottery sales, alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, AJ's Lunch Express, gift card purchases or reloads, and team member discounts.
Birthday Reward
- Registered members receive a $5 off $10 birthday reward.
- The offer is automatically added to your account 7 days prior to your birthday and expires 23 days after.
- To qualify, you must be enrolled in the program at least 48 hours prior to your birthday. New members will not receive their birthday reward on the same day they sign up.
- Birthday reward is redeemable in-store, online, or through the AJ's Mobile App. Valid identification may be required for verification.
General Program Guidelines
- Points and rewards can only be earned or redeemed by the registered loyalty member who is paying the bill.
- Gift card purchases do not earn points, but points can be earned when redeeming gift cards.
- Points are awarded at the time of purchase for eligible transactions. For credit card payments, points may be credited retroactively within one week of the dining date, if necessary. Cash payments are not eligible for retroactive points.
- Art & Jake's is not responsible for lost or stolen points or rewards due to unauthorized use, including incidents involving lost cards, accounts, or email addresses.
Program Eligibility & Terms
- Employees of Art & Jake's Sports Bar & Grill are not eligible to participate in the loyalty program. Any employee found with an account will be removed.
- Members must be 18 years of age or older.
- By enrolling, you agree to receive periodic email communications from Art & Jake's Sports Bar & Grill.
- Your personal information is treated with the utmost care: we will never sell, trade, rent, or disclose your information to third parties, except where required by law or to protect the safety of our customers, employees, or property.
- Art & Jake's reserves the right to audit accounts, amend these terms at any time, and terminate the loyalty program without prior notice.
- Any tax liability resulting from rewards is the sole responsibility of the account holder.
