This Privacy Policy explains what information Art & Jake's Sports Bar & Grill (“Art & Jake's,” “we,” “us”) collects when you use artjakes.com, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using the site, you agree to this policy.

When you fill out a form on the site — contact, catering & parties, or fundraiser requests — we collect what you choose to provide, such as your name, email address, phone number, organization, preferred location and date, and any message or details you include.

Information collected automatically

Like most websites, we may collect basic, non-identifying technical information such as the pages you visit, your general device and browser type, and referring links, to understand how the site is used and keep it working well. We also use Cloudflare Turnstile to tell real visitors from bots and protect our forms from spam.

What we do not collect here

We do not take payment information on artjakes.com. Online ordering, gift cards, reservations, and rewards are handled on trusted third-party platforms (see below), each with its own privacy practices. We never see or store your card numbers.

How we use your information

• To respond to your questions and follow up on catering, party, and fundraiser requests.
• To route your request to the right Art & Jake's location and team.
• To operate, secure, and improve the website.
• To prevent spam, fraud, and abuse.

How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only as needed to run our business:

• Our locations and team — so the right people can respond to you.
• Service providers that help us operate the site and serve guests — for example our hosting and security provider (Cloudflare), our point-of-sale and ordering, reservation, gift card, and rewards partners (such as Toast, DoorDash/order.online, and our Fan Club provider), maps (Google), and email delivery. Each handles data under its own policy.
• When required by law, or to protect the rights, safety, and property of our guests, team, and business.

Third-party services and links

The site links to and embeds third-party services for ordering, reservations, gift cards, rewards, maps, and social media. When you use those, you’re subject to their privacy policies, not this one. We encourage you to review them.

We keep tracking light. We may use cookies or similar technologies for basic site functionality, security, and aggregate analytics. You can control cookies through your browser settings; blocking them may affect some features.

Data retention and security

We keep form submissions only as long as needed to respond to and act on your request, and we take reasonable measures to protect the information we hold. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, so we can’t guarantee absolute security.
