Lead a shift, develop a team, and run a great floor at a family-owned sports bar that promotes from within.
What you'll do
- Run shifts: lead the team, manage the floor, and take care of guests
- Coach, schedule, and develop hourly staff
- Hit service, quality, and financial targets
- Handle guest recovery and day-to-day operations
What we're looking for
- Restaurant management or strong shift-lead experience
- A leader who takes care of their team
- Full availability including nights and weekends
