Own the back of house — lead the kitchen team, control food cost, and keep quality consistent shift after shift.
What you'll do
- Run kitchen shifts and lead cooks across every station
- Manage food cost, ordering, inventory, and waste
- Train and develop the kitchen team
- Keep the kitchen up to food-safety standards and ready for any rush
What we're looking for
- Kitchen management or strong BOH leadership experience
- A leader who takes care of their team
- Full availability including nights and weekends
- Many of our managers started on the floor — growth is real here
